What We Can Help With

We can accept suggestions for new guides, especially topics you cannot find clear answers for.
What We Cannot Help With
We cannot check your SRD status, change your banking details, lodge an appeal or approve a bursary. These actions can only be done through official channels such as the SRD website, the SASSA toll-free line, a SASSA office, NSFAS or the relevant sponsor.
We do not have access to any government system or personal records.

Reporting Scams
If you receive a suspicious message that uses the SASSA or NSFAS name, do not click on any link. Take a screenshot, report it to the organisation concerned and warn family and friends. You can also send us the screenshot so that we can warn other readers.
